Im so proud of you fei i cant help but get emotional, ive also been on the journey of getting out of my eating disorder i wouldnt eat only once or twice a day and i found food unappetizing, but now my Husband helped me so much wver since we moves in together we both have been eating tons and i gained 10 pounds! We gym together but lately we stopped since we always end up getting injured somehow but good luck to you fei!!

I love watching your weight loss journey and your doing great I’ve been cutting down on my portion size counting my calories drinking a lot more water just watching your videos made me think you know what it’s time to kick myself up the butt and I lost 3 pounds with in a week going hard at the exercise walking 60 mins every morning jogging round the house for 30 mins and doing steps on the wii for 30 mins nearly burn 1000 calories with in a day so thank you for the kick I needed ❤
